Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Details

Set in the attractive historic fishing village of Aberdovey, Cartref Guest House offers relaxed bed and breakfast accommodation a few minutes walk from the beach and village centre. The bedrooms offer:

  • spacious and recently decorated
  • duck feather and down duvets
  • colour T.V
  • tea & coffee tray
  • complementary organic hand made toiletries
  • all non-smoking

Room 1: This is the largest bedroom. It is south facing on the front of the house and enjoys a limited sea view. It has a double bed and a single bed, is en suite with a bath, basin and toilet. It can be used for a double, twin or family room. It has a seating area overlooking the front of the house.

Room 2: This room is also south facing on the front of the house. It has a double bed and is en suite with a shower, basin and toilet.

Room 3: This room is twin bedded (2 single beds) with views of the terraced garden to the rear of the house. It is en suite with a shower, basin and toilet.

Room 4: This room has a double bed with views of the terraced garden to the rear of the house. It has a private bathroom with walk in shower and bath, basin with a separate toilet. The private bathroom is near by on the same landing as the bedroom. There is also a basin in the bedroom.

Breakfast is taken on individual tables in the breakfast room where you can have an enjoyable relaxing start to the day. We cater for vegetarians or any other special dietary needs. You can discuss your days activities and get advice on what to do, and how to get there from your hosts. There is a large selection of maps etc to help you make the most of your holiday in this beautiful part of Wales.

For those who like to relax outside we have a beautiful veranda where you can sit and read the papers, enjoy a refreshing cup of tea, have a drink before going out to dinner or enjoy the fresh sea air after a day spent exploring this beautiful part of Wales.

  • A deposit of the first night's accommodation is required to confirm a booking. In the event that your plans should change deposits are fully refundable if we are given more that 21 days notice before the date of arrival. When given less than 7 days notice from the date of arrival the full quoted rate will be charged for any nights that we have been unable to re-let.
